Interesting comparison to Adam le Fondre. 2 years younger but 300 games less. If correct, it will be interesting to see him perform this year.

Dan Bouman has been training there for a few months, if it isn't him then not sure who else. Kenny Athiu should now be technically referred to as South Sudanese, even tho, he is still an Aussie, so could be him. Would really like it to be Mebrahtu tho that'd be pretty cool. 

I mean you've got to hand it to him for sticking it out, we go pretty hard on players coming back to the AL after struggling in Europe, but even then, he clearly needs to be somewhere, where the manager knows his style and can use him in a system. The A-league and Macarthur with Milicic would be the perfect fit for him, of course unless Milicic doesn't rate him.

He could well be waiting for that offer to materialise before signing. One of the Youth team has been offered a scholarship but hasn't accepted it as yet as he too is holding out for a full contract.”

No offence to the Mariners but to only offer the kid an extension of his scholarship deal will not help his development instead of giving him a full time deal is a poor decision from the club.
Given the kid has shown he can play at this level along with the fact that he's an u20 international for the Young Socceroos as well.
