This Harris guy wants the people to do something but cannot do anything on a large enough scale, dollars from a takeover of some sort can.

David Harris is a Mariners faithful and has been a member for years. He is not part of the council. He is State Member for Wyong that includes the Mariners Centre of Excellence.
