Hrustic & Hellas Verona get a second chance apparently - because they ended the season on the same points as Spezia, they play a relegation playoff game.

Hrustic should probably stay and get game time in Serie B, but for some reason he strikes me as the type who feels he is above playing in a second division and would force a move. 

Not a great night for AA - Hellas Verona/ Hrustic relegated & Viking lost. Hrustic & Yazbek both unused subs. I wonder if Arnie will pick Hrustic for the Argentina game, having not played since the WC?

Also shame yazbek and daggers lost their place after a bright start. Yazbek still is on a very promising trajectory if he can get more time

Unless you are getting game time in a good league some players can waste their whole career being frozen out after an injury

Hrustic bench vs Milan. 15 players on the Hellas Verona bench. Think Hrustic should return to Bundesliga 2. Post injury with the drive to play regularly makes it the ideal league.

Yazbek and D'Agostino bench. Stenseness starting and has scored. 

 Ryan Edwards is an interesting one. He's always been just out of Socceroos framework and never been quite good enough whilst also having a very solid career. I think he's been tainted in Australia a bit by the fact his dad played him early on when he wasn't good enough. 

A couple others that are noteworthy. Ryan Edwards has been promoted to second tier in Spain, Gabriel Popovic to top tier in Croatia.  Edwards made a decent contribution after a January transfer.  Popovic was in and out of the team a bit.

And Burgess. Some solid form in the championship next season should see a Roos callup. We have some real depth at CB. Souttar, Rowles, Degenek, Wright, Circati, Deng, Burgess, Triantis.

Luongo Ipswich got promoted to championship but that's it

The example of a player that cut his teeth in Buli 2 and had a great Australian career is Kennedy. It'll be good to see how Iredale progresses. 

Tomi Juric played in both Swiss and Dutch leagues which I think is better than Buli 2 or at least on par. 

Cahill as well played Mls and championship which also similar or higher level to Buli 2. Rukavytsa was a star in buli 2 also earning a move to buli 1 team where he didn't play much 

His stats are weird. Only 900 minutes but has 6 goals and an assist which you would think would warrant more time

If I recall correctly he was called into Arnold's first ever camp which I think was the friendly in the Middle East as a train on member. Not to mention their Sydney FC time must overlap. Iredale should be included for this next window to get some exposure set up.

4:0 and it's Iredale's goal. Bielefeld cross is caught and the keeper throws it to Iredale who has no defender in front of him and can dribble from within his own half toying with the keeper and charging defender to slow home. Great composure and use of body and feet. 

3:0 Wiesbaden on the hour. Away goal rule applies so Wiesbaden will want to keep Bielefeld at bay. Might see Iredale come on to harass up top as Bielefeld surely try for an away goal.
