+xWord is souttar will start in midfield of all places! My apps suggest it yet Sky UK has him in a back 3. See what comes out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4dn70xQ3WMIredale goal on 3:00. Dresden have just lost so Wiesbaden have a great chance. They match Osnabrück on points and are one goal behind. Ideally Wiesbaden better Osnabrück's result on the final day or win by two goals better. Should Wiesbaden draw they risk being jumped by two teams. Freiburg II can't go up.

Souttar has been solid to excellent. A few headers above the rest to clear and some good blocks of shots. Leicester hoping for a lucky counter and they've maintained their shape at the back.

Back 4 now with Evans off and the attackers are on. Leicester would definitely try for 3 here. Ffs Faes just heads a corner behind himself and Newcastle hit post. Souttar behind him would've had it on his forehead.

Oh my God Pope with a top save and one Newcastle player is ahead to clear of Souttar who was charging to put it in. Froze thinking a big moment was coming.

Ends goalless. Draw only helps Leicester in that a win and an Everton draw will see them safe. A win tonight would've meant matching Everton's next game would also be enough.
Solid performance by Souttar. Strategy wasn't to use the ball much which is a shame as he had some good long passing. It'll certainly be happening more next weekend.

+xcommentator gave motm to souttar nearly stole it at the death Leicester would be better off had Smith kept with Souttar. Might have got a point or two more. Just baffling and Souttar has shut the doubters up tonight. The shit you have to read on Optus by Eurosnobs saying he's championship level is ridiculous. Every time he's done more than not to prove he's of the level.

Souttar was solid,,, they wouldn't be in this mess only if Dean Smith put him next to Soyuncu for the last 4 games.

Yeah those corners so many times Faes got in the way of Harry who had a clear header which would of ended up in row Z, instead faes almost scores own goals multiple times.. Least they got a point.

Leicester forum player ratings https://www.foxestalk.co.uk/topic/131887-match-ratings-newcastle-0-0-leicester-city-vote-now/Souttar 7.7, next highest 6.5 One thing I have to say, individually I think most of leicester's players are midtable standard. Something wrong at the club, the sum of the parts are worse then the individual quality

Hopefully Leicester stays up otherwise Souttar will go back to the Championship next season.
Unless another premier league club buys him of course.

real shame where his career is going but his call. At only 30yrs he's got plenty to offer still IF he actually wants to. Hard to tell where his head space is the last year.

It’s such a shame that Rogic’s career has seemingly ended this way. He just doesn’t have his head in the game anymore.
He’s still only 30 years old but, from the outside at least, it appears as if he doesn’t really care about football anymore.

Career you'd dream of, all I can think hope his personal life is in the right direction for thats the most important thing if so.

What a year it’s been for Socceroos winger Awer Mabil! 👏👇
⚈ Part of the Socceroos squad that sent Australia to the FIFA World Cup Round of 16 for just the second time in our history 🔥
⚈ Named 2023 Young Australian of the Year 🇦🇺🏅
⚈ Became just the 5th Aussie to play in LaLiga 🇪🇸
⚈ Scored his ninth goal for Australia in the Socceroos homecoming game against Ecuador ⚽️
⚈ Czech First League title winer with Sparta Prague! 🇨🇿🏆

Yeah it's definitely upstairs for Rogic. His body language tells. He had some excellent early games and the WBA fans were in tears at what they had.
Awkward set up with the WBA 11 where the coach wanted things his way which were less accommodating to Rogic. His soreness didn't help with selection. Oh well, may he have one final successful gig somewhere.

Miller draws a pen and probably the best on the pitch
he is now a winger
interesting that two of the three fullbacks in scotland have been converted to wingers
