+xPeupion off for welback Congrats to him on his debut. Hope he gets more games. Didnt look out of place but maybe needs a bit of self belief Great stuff about Peupion, it seems De Zerbi still rates him. Playing as a wingback is not bad, modern wingers need to be good on both sides of the ball these days be able to play to play in deeper or advanced positions depending on the formation.

+xYengi scored for livingstone Will be interesting if Yengi keeps scoring but Livingston are relegated, would other teams come in for him.?He was scoring for fun in Finland but that's a pretty crap league. If he hits double figures for a relegated team in just half a season surely he can get picked up by some other team?

+x+x+xBaccus bench. Hmmm a mix of new players during Asian Cup and perhaps his previous wanting away? Concerning considering he's our starting #6 for the Socceroos. Guess that means O'Neill will be first choice now. On that note, O'Neill's suspension will carry over to the Lebanon game. It's not like Baccus won't be picked. He's an Arnold favourite. He's got to lift. I was about to query if this was the case, but then remembered he was actually sent off, and not just suspended for too many yellows.

O'Neill named Standard's player of the month for February. Hopefully that'll cement him into the #6 for the rest of the season.

Big night for osaussies
Hope kuol gets time for volendom
If anything they are being generous giving him minutes at all since they play 5 3 2 with no wide attackers

Damn. Metcalfe in box to right of goal had a low shot saved by the fingertips. From a standing start he shifts right and it looked like the angle was right. Required a very good save. Metcalfe with some good firm passes through tight spaces.

Too many wait until post June holiday to get things right. Considering he's played well in the Dutch top tier I think Kuol should seek a loan to a League 1, Liga 3 or lower Belgian club.

League One would be great. Better conditions and transition for him. Still think he would struggle with the strength but it's actually a strong league, especially good experience if he is playing for a top League One team.

Robertson had surgery a month and a half ago and is now off his crutches and back to rehab and muscle conditioning therapy it seems. Good news. He could be back in 4-8 weeks I'd say. (Back to training)

That save against metcalfe would make kurto blush. Metcalfs shot wqs firm and perfectly placed, goes in 99 times out of a 100. Will need probably about 18 points from the last 10 games to secure promotion i reckon, tonight wont help
Agree league 1 is fine, needs 2000 minutes in a season, doesnt really matter where
Belgium is good too since even the lower teams play a technical style
Wonder what happened to segecic?

Volendam down 3 zip at home against a midtable team at half time
Whats the point of these parking the bus tactics? Its fine if you have the players to do it, but they look worse than most league 2 teams, the worst team i have ever seen in europe by some distance
I know they have had their off field issues, but surely at some point you havr to try something different?
In other news bos starting

Segecic bench again tonight. It's been a while since he got a scorer point. 21 appearances so far this season. It's been a successful season and he's got to get more games while he's there.

Segecic on in the 80th minute but match got delayed inexplicably
Maybe they have issues with lightening storms too
Westerlo go down but bos had a decent game, some flashey dribbles and accurate crosses
Fotmob is harsh on dribbles i realized, if you drive into the box and it is a blocked shot or goes out for a corner it is counted as an unsuccessful dribble. You have to pass it or get a shot away to get rewarded rather than penalized after dribbling

Tete yengi with a full game, triantis, kusini and silvera all late subs with mcgree starting
Baccus out of favour, boyle and miller started
Ipswich back into the auto promotion spots and leicester lost meaning top is not out of the question
In fact, ideal scenario would be for leeds and ipswich to get up, southampton to get up through the playoffs and leicester sell harry to leeds who starts regularly in the epl
The ipswich game was a game of mutual hoofball and parking the bus until ipswich scored. Plymouth arr good against possession based teams as they showed against middlesborough. Then when ipswich took the lead they switched to a more progressive style

Funny many Leicester fans complaining about the defence lately but The coach still won't give Harry Souttar a chance. Souttar must to upset him with something.
