This is spot on. We can't lead the world in technique and football culture but we can try and be the best in areas where there is a level playing field. Being a rich and famous sporting nation tapping into the mental side of the game makes sense and its smart. 

I fully agree with Cruyff. 

I will also add that I hope part of the training that is provided to coaches players etc also has embedded in it that we as a country are winners and can beat anyone. We are so euro centric (Europe is better blah blah blah) that this is the first step in making us stronger.
