Garang Kuol for another to years at the Mariners - first professional contract

Great stuff.
Mariners fans should be coming out in droves to watch this guy and Cumdog play next season.

He's so exciting to watch.

A great move by Awer Mabil, hes done so well in his career to make a move to a top 4 league in La Liga in Cadiz.

Hes now the 4th Socceroo that will ply its trade in a top 4 league and we need more too, the better it will help the national team.
(Hrustic, Germany; Genreau, France; Maty Ryan, Spain)

I was surprised that he didnt start against Peru because he made a great impact of the bench when he did came on but if he starts or plays decent amount of minutes I can see him starting in the first game against France.

Mr Cummins i presume? He should be in the World Cup squad along with Boyle and Ssssouttar, whilst he was brought into topic.

They’ve been linked with everyone lol

It’s funny that the Bakries own them and are spending heaps of money there (or are trying to) but are spending fuck all at the Roar.

Bakrie Group own/owned Madura United, not Persija Jakarta iirc.

*As per some twitter page. Could see errors. Posting as it keeps the discussion going.

Australian footballers free agents as of next weekend:- Massimo Luongo- Bailey Wright- Aziz Behich- Trent Sainsbury- Rhyan Grant- Brandon Borrello- Tyrese Francois- Ben Garuccio- James Troisi- Tommy Oar- Paulo Retre- Tomi Juric- James Donachie- Paul Izzo

Didn't realise Wright hasn't signed a new deal at Sunderland. He has been offered a deal and I'm sure he'll sign imminently.
Francois is going to be interesting. Title winning Garuccio is likely to be in demand.

Don't mind juice at victory at all. If we can manage him like we have with spiranovic he will be successful. 9 goals from 18 games when he was at Adelaide is decent and not long ago. He also seems like the kind of guy who needs to play in front of decent crowd for motivation.

Victory should back Folami, he came to the club as a Striker. I like Velupillay as a middle guy or Winger. Juric will play about 9 games next season, alot like Spiranovic last season. Popovic will play them two when the Players feel like it. Very professional hey. He's no Ange or Muscat.

That's interesting. A stellar League 2 season and was clearly above the grade. It seems he wanted to go up a level again for one last time. Reading have loaned Lumley from Boro and have a young Icelandic keeper who's had some loan spells. Southwood is still on the books too.

He won't play much I think. While at Sutton he was doing well enough that some kind of absolute emergency could've seen him called into the National Team squad as 3rd keeper. Long bow but during Covid he was more available than the A League bunch.

Robbie Kruse to Roar.
Oh Boy.

I'm happy with that. He's a class player, and because of his circumstances when he left last time, he's probably willing to put some hard yards in. Should be good value.
