+x+xRobbie Kruse to Roar. Oh Boy. I'm happy with that. He's a class player, and because of his circumstances when he left last time, he's probably willing to put some hard yards in. Should be good value. I'll say it from now instead of later on, ready? 'I told you so!'

+x+xMartin Boyle's team has been relegated out of the Saudi Pro League. Surely that means he finds a new club prior to the World Cup? He's made some nice coin there. Another local team might be interested but id love it if he got a move to the Championship Hibs have a buyback clause allowing them to match any UK offer.

Boyle certainly good enough for Championship. Given how crucial minutes are pre world cup, a strong League One club wouldn't be out of place. Plenty of minutes available.
Have a feeling he could end up in Eredivisie.

Victory have signed Taleb and Eli Adams on scholarship contracts. I honestly don’t know why Adams was signed since there’s next to zero chance he’ll actually play.
Meanwhile the Jets have signed Rory Jordan from Macarthur.

How I wish, we could have some global big names to get signed on by our clubs every year to stir up attendance, media, sponsorships and general interest. To start with, potentially big names who are on the twilight of their career.

However, I am hoping the Sydney clubs also try to get one or two exciting names. Also wish Mooy was out of China and back here with Sydney FC in the new stadium.

+xMaynard-Brewer has joined Gillingham on loan. That's good. Down to League 2 but games are so important now. SPL half season was great then he just disappeared. Plenty of good keepers have spent time loaned in League 2.

Can't think of a bigger summer for key names. Sainsbury, Luongo, Rogic, Behich, Francois definitely, Hrustic probably and potentially Boyle and Mooy will be finding new clubs. Exciting and a little scary. Surely Wright will re-sign with Sunderland today or tomorrow. Barcelona have been circling but a nice pint in a rough crowd is the way to go. Realistically, other Chamionship or very ambitious League One clubs may be enquiring.

Maty seems set to fight for a place but I anticipate a La Liga loan if he can't get an assurance from the manager. Holy trinity loan would suffice too. English clubs have been solid in their keeper carousel.

Craig Goodwin has been released form his contract in Saudi so he’s officially a free agent but it’s likely he’ll sign for Adelaide.

+xJets have loaned Maraugis to Wellington. At least we re-signed him first. Weird loan, especially if we are taking McGarry from Phoenix in the same position. Nix fans on the socials seem angry, but I reckon Mauragis has as much or if not more potential than Sutton at LB.

Wouldn't surprise me if Behich is announced for a middle eastern team any day now. 31 years old (fuark forgotten how long he's been around for), he'll be looking for a deserved final payday.

+xTrent Sainsbury joins Qatar Super League club Al-Wakrah Guarantees preparedness for world cup. It'll be an A League move after that. Disappointing but the drive was just never there.
