Not sure. Could be that or it could be that he was way out of his depth.

Niyongabire is also off to Canada. Seems to be the destination league for fringe AL players.

Not sure. Could be that or it could be that he was way out of his depth.

I heard rumours there was a huge discrepancy between what his expectations were, and what the clubs expectations of him were.

Milos Degenek has been linked with Jeonbuk.

Should it happen, it will be the 6th country he’s played in.

Seems like a backward step for duke going to a team that finished 15th when his team nearly got promoted

What on earth happened to Mass? Looked world class at the Asian cup 2015.

Injuries and the stupid QPR anti football move killed off his chance to accelerate his game. He played very well Honduras away.

Ipswich are looking at promotion this season so hopefully he and Burgess go up.

That'd be a pretty disappointing move for Duke. With his wife and children in the UK (still I believe), a move to League One or Two would be nice way to close out the career. It's true the money is much better in Japan.

Such a shame as he did a great job in lig 2 only to be dropped once his competition returned from injury

Ben Azubel’s Instagram story would imply that he’s leaving Perth.

Given his CV (played for a side that was relegated from the Israeli second tier last season), it was nearly inevitable that he was going to flop.

Steinmann mutual’d by Brisbane.

Surprising that Glory haven’t announced Azubel’s departure yet despite his new club announcing his signing.

A-league related. Ben Waine spotted in the crowd at Plymouth Argyle. They're currently topping League 1 - would be great for the league if he slotted in, played consistently, and got minutes in the championship next year if they go up

Some whispers that a couple of Saudi clubs are interested in taking Nathaniel Atkinson away from Hearts. Some suggesting Atkinson is unsettled there, others that Hearts would like to shift him on. We'll see with this one. Hard to believe he'd want to go to the oil leagues at his age but, then again, Sainsbury did take the cash and go to China at a fairly young age so anything is possible, I guess.

I really hate this. It was only 18 months ago he was winning the ball off players of a higher ilk in Tokyo. He hasn't had a nightmare at Hearts but if the parties do wish do part then ok. He's probably suited to a wingback or even winger role. That's fine as the skillset can't handle the isolation at full back.

Regarding Sainsbury I wonder what's up with him. He sees registered in Qatar but that Melbourne City training pre world cup gives me the impression an A League return beckons.

I think the EPL will see some keeper transfers this winter. Travers and Bazunu are stealing a wage. Leno will play but he's still a hack. Sanchez not exactly doing the job with the attributes that apparently make him better than Ryan. Is there any chatter at all on where Ryan may end up?

Come on, Leno is far from a hack. I like Ryan, but I doubt he's on the radar of any EPL club at the minute, unless he's ready to settle for a Brad Jones bench role.
