Even if they were fined 8 or 9 figures it would be pocket change to the source of that money.  

Points deduction and the barring from European football is the only language that they will understand.   

Yep, mind you might as well add salt to the dis qualification wound 8/9figures just for the heck.
If this all goes back from 16 heavy pens should be applied.
Banned from CL for 2yrs at least.
Possibly dumped out of the EPL back in Championship next season and out of the seasons Europe spots so another Club takes their place.
