+x+xGreat to see Jason Romero score for the Bulls, he's an proven goal scorer in the NSW NPL. Is he eligible for oz? as far as I know he's a full blooded yank at this stage. 28yrs old.

+xThe two games I watched tonight had lots of good football. Missing out on a win due to a last second equaliser must be hard for the die hard supporters of Newcastle. I'm a Wanderers fan but on the run of play it wasn't a 4-0 game but each of their goals were well taken and Sydney couldn't finish their chances. On another day it could have been a lot closer. Disagree with this, it was an absolute shellacking and the worst Sydney fc performance since frank farina was in charge. Wanderers were several classes above us on Saturday night. We looked rattled from the start with the wanderers press and speed that they moved the ball foward. At the half time whistle, many Sydney players were on knees. They couldn't keep up. Ive felt like this scoreline has been coming our way for a long long time.

agreed sfc1987, within moments from koff you could sense it was going to be all WSW, Borello leading might I add running down/pressing like a rabbit and it kept going that way. SFC we're slow or more so WSW wanted it 500% more, the divide wanting the ball was chalk and cheese. Corica still don't know how this lasts, the players he had under his current tenure enjoyed rubbing his nose in it I'm sure. SFC so many shots to no where, the stats don't reflect what the rhythem and desire was on the pitch.

Looking ahead to the final round, it has the potential to be massive. We have the current top 4 all playing each other in the final round (AU vs CCM) and (MC vs WSW). I reckon MC should have tied up the plate by then, but you never know and it could come down to that final game, especially with the results AU have been achieving. Then at the other end we have (MV vs BR) and (PG vs WU), either game could be the wooden spoon decider. Then in the middle we have (Mac vs Nix) and (SFC vs NJ). That SFC game has the potential to be the last for Corica. They are currently in the worst form in the league with only 1 win and 1 draw from the last 5. Missing finals for two season straight would surely be the nail in the coffin for Corica. If it is, I reckon they will sign Talay.

Based on last few rounds, City seem shadow of themselves with Leckie out and JMac carrying niggle. If out of form Bulls can steal a point from City, Wsw can beat City for sure

They also have that 1-0 lead in their game in hand.

Last week saw CCM for the first time this season, play Victory.
It was a good standard.

CCM's worst performance of the season.Mind you Victory were not much better-pressed well but ruined many good chances to score with poor passing.Mariners midfield was totally outplayed -could not hold the ball, poor passing options and very laboured ball movement.
