One of the biggest failures in modern history of Australian Sport happened in 2021 at the qualification for Tokyo Olympics. Multiple breaches, altered scores, unqualified officials, changed ranking, false statements in CAS all of that and no apologies to a remarkable athlete who had her Olympic dream "stolen" from her. 

After 2 year investigation and appeal process finally International findings are published. National and Continental Sporting Organisations sanctioned, top sports administrator sanctioned - yet still holding key integrity and executive positions in Australian Sport.
