From the games I've viewed MV play this season, I'm surprised they are on the bottom of the table? I'm surprised Chris Ikonomidis hasn't kicked on too? He was the most potent attacking Socceroo at the 2019 Asian Cup. MV deserve to be at the bottom.
Popovic is probably the worst coach theyve allowed to stay on.
His recruiting is laughable and is tactically inept..they cannot score goals so he brings in Connor Chapman in midfield.
Juric? Lol MVs best young player Wilson is nowhere to be seen
as for Ikon, was and is over rated and just trots around.
As for the pen?yes it’s but what ever.
Convinced he hasn’t been sacked as they can’t afford it. Deserve to be relegated. Very true. Some poor signings indeed. Ikon - marquee. Jurić total waste Timotheu unnecessary Kamau is a waste. Who from MV signs off on these signings?? I'd be happier seeing more of Wilson. Adams? Not even room on the bench for them.

The fact that victory are so low on the table reflects the improving standard of the a league. 10 years ago it felt like any team outside the top two was unwatchable i think the pitch invasion has affected the players mentally and the will be a different team next year They already sucked. I said at the start they were not a. strong team.
They have recruited incredibly poorly and have no clear tactical changes or Plan B.
The league is still unwatchable outside of the top few imo. If I a a nuetral yesterday I stab my eyeballs.

Watching Macarthur V WSW there was a contrast between the coaches - the impassive Mile Sterjovski and the volatile Mark Rudan!
It was good seeing both teams score in injury time. Borello's move to central striker has paid off. He used to play for the underage Socceroos a central striker.
