I know it's been like this for 6 months now, but can we get a forward/back arrow on the headline banner thingy - it's annoying going to click a story then the next one appears just as you're clicking.

Unless that's just your sick, twisted plan.

For mine, if i click on a story within half a second of it changing, the second story opens, not the initial one I wanted.

Not a big deal, just gets annoying sometimes because you has to wait 6 seconds or whatever for it to come around again.

A play/pause thing just like the club websites. I get caught out by this too. Or maybe some sort of story wheel would be cool. Ive got a good picture in my head but I cant put it into words. Something like what Apple/Mac would do.

Like what youtube does with embedded videos at the end? Where at the bottom little thumbnails revolve. Is that what you mean? That'd be sweet. FFT could have several headlines on show instead of just 2 or 3.

yeah so you can see all the headlines and make a decision.

but you need to be able to pause it so you can take your time

Did't they have one of those a while back? If so, what's happened to it?

Yes, hence the '6 months' part. Although they probably got rid of it because it was causing havoc somewhere else on the site.

Skysports has something similar on their matchday feed where it just scrolls across and there's pause, play and <> buttons.

Why would we do that??

It's really not that difficult to put together a gif with a couple of buttons on it for the top of the page is it?

You cant have multiple links on a .gif though I dont think. Its got multiple frames but thats about it.

I think they call it Flash. You need some Flash app.

Yesss.. this pisses me off to no end. No need to change it dramatically, just make the clicks instantaneous so we dont click one picture and get the story from the next.
