With Football becoming increasingly popular in Australia(especially after our World Cup performance), It's expected people would want to find a game to play that is Football based. Good news is there is a small Australian community going 13 years strong on a game called Haxball. It is a very basic physics based 2D browser game which takes 0 resources to run so all can play it with a Laptop or Computer. The game looks extremely basic at first glance and yes it is easy to learn but extremely difficult to master and the skill ceiling is extremely big. Good news again is that the 13 year old players won't be in the Beginners League (D2) and instead they will all be helping you get better as we ultimately want new players to stay. If you're interested have a visit at HBANZ.org for the Australia Haxball Forums and check the game out at haxball.com (We play in the Asian servers currently as we aren't running a league so no Aussie servers are open) Here are some clips from our Aussie community. Some clips from our latest season Grand Final and $500 Wager. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMTOQTzkDP8My montage from a few months ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KW-HL6NcPpEI hope a few of you come and check it out, would be awesome to see the community start to grow again.
