+x+x+xYes well I just want the game to be accepted more in the mainstream i remember years ago bentleigh had a run in the cup and people were talking about it. It's like a tv show or a movie you wanna go to work and talk about it with people I don't think football is the right sport for you here in Australia mate.... not trying to put you down but if you are waiting for the "Sleeping Soccer Giant' to awaken then your grandchildren will still be on this forum wishing for "mainstream interest" 100 years from now. Nah I definitely love football even with the Olympics on nothing gets everyone behind like the national teams I know you are as mad as the rest of us matey .... don't worry about that mythical "mainstream support" just watch the bloody round ball and enjoy it :)

HAHAHAHAHAHAA that will (if it happens) be the biggest shitshow crowd wise in the history of soccer in Australia. HAHAHAHAHAAH To get there I hope Fiztroy beats Hume and we get to play each other... Was hoping to get the WA NPL side but I guess Hume is a chance... Hume is a BIG chance, they will be in the middle of finals footy, Srbija with nothing to lose ... Should be spicy... Hume always get the best cup draws! Rumour is South v Olympic fc will be played on Saturday the 24th.

Closer to 5,000? Where were they hiding? You realise the grandstand has less than 3000 seats? And it was at best 3/4 full. So you're telling me double the amount of people in the stand were at the game? Hahaha.

+x+x+x+x+x+xRound of 16 Saturday 24th August - Wednesday 28th August Match 1; Olympic Kingsway (WA) vs Adelaide United Match 2: NWS Spirit (NNSW) vs Melbourne Victory Match 3: Hume City (VIC) vs Melbourne Srbija (VIC) Match 4: South Melbourne (VIC) vs Brisbane Olympic (QLD) Match 5: Oakleigh Cannons (VIC) vs Heidelberg United (VIC) Match 6: Lions FC (QLD) vs Western Sydney Wanderers Match 7: Moreton City Excelsior (QLD) vs Perth Glory Match 8: Newcastle Jets vs Macarthur Bulls 5 Greek Clubs, 1 Serb, 1 Turkish, 1 Dutch. Only 6 franchises I thought they were all Australian clubs ? So much for one Australia 🇦🇺. Just feeding the "mainstream" public with their prejudice Sutho... you're welcome. Just exposing the " chip on your shoulder ". Sutho, recall recently saying to me to move on what I bang on about, your singing the same tune here might I add. We all have our POV's right ?, or is that chips on the shoulder :) :) You both have a chip on your shoulder. Your refusal to acknowledge the top flight in your own country, tells me that. And then the plastic LFC fans.: :P:P:P

I actually do support SFC. I buy the gear, have 2 season books and attend about 95% of home matches. You only cheer on from your couch, a team from a foreign country.
