Only benefit of Cardiff is guaranteed match time and the individual that shines often gets a big profile and becomes a target for better things. It's true Cardiff have been so dire the past few seasons.

+xSeems like Alex Robertson is close to signing with Cardiff City. 'Cardiff City' hey? Alot of these guys think they are playing in some superior set up, although, they are better off playing in the Apl or even Npl in some cases like this. Cardiff ffs.

+x+x+x+x+x+x[quote]Tolgay Arslan has now joined Sanfreece Hiroshima. Seems he pulled the whole "family reasons" card to get out of his City contract a year early, so he could secure a contract in Japan. don't recall 'family reasons" , anyhow maybe that's the story everyone agreed toI hear even CFG have slashed their playing budget City aren't too happy with this news. They definitely wanted him for this season. He had even started pre-season training with them. Story is he wasn't happy that they were not going to extend his contract beyond next season at the same existing salary rate so he wanted out. He then told them he wanted to return to Germany for 'family reasons' and to be 'close to home' in order to get released from his contract. However, it’s believed City’s failure to fulfil its promise of offering him an extension to his contract – which wasn’t due to expire until next year – on the same terms as his existing deal, was a major reason for the A-League All-Stars representative’s departure. No club makes a promise to extend a contract years in advance at the same salary rate. Especially not in a salary capped league. They might include auto-extension clauses, but that's not what it says in this case. If you believe that OK In any case he's now a lot closer to home assuming that's Europe, or even maybe his family is in Japan ? No doubt in My mind that this as about money, not family,

According to Dutch reports, Adelaide will sign 19 year old winger Julian Kwaaitaal and loan him to FC Eindhoven.
I assume they want him to develop on loan in a lesser league before bringing him back.

+x+xIs langerak to MV confirmed for January at the end of his contract? That's an amazing get if true That's the rumour. Duncan will be interim keeper until Langerak returns. It's good business. We got a fee for Izzo. Duncan and Langerak will come on frees. We don't lose any quality as good as Izzo is, improve depth and probably make some money as well. Thats great. Izzo was immense but that’s pretty fantastic next step.

+x+x+x+xWhere is Kuol this year? back at Newcastle or on loan still? he's back at Newcastle he played in the games in melbourne thanks, I knew he played here. Was just wondering if he's going to be involved in 2024/25 with Newcastle He played 45 mins in a friendly a few days ago. Whole team change at half time. Still may be loaned out. Thank you

Was just wondering if he's going to be involved in 2024/25 with Newcastle I'm hoping he will, it would be amazing to see him come on for a game in the prem against a team like ipswich Guaranteed to be on Loan again Hopefully at Bristol Rovers Is that the rumour? Or just a club you think would be a good fit? My club, so wishful thinking Although we had Elliot Anderson 2 seasons ago from Newcastle and that went VERY well and Howe was well pleased and Jarrel Quansah the season after, so we're getting a good reputation (Anderson was just sold for $35m to Forest)

Considering Europe is broke (not the Prem), the next powerhouse may end up being the MLS, more so than Saudi, due to appeal.
