So last week I had to go shopping for some new cycling gear. I needed to pick up a new helmet and some shoes (I ended up buying Tomasso pista knit shoes.) Every time I go to the shopping mall, it just wipes me out. It's like the whole experience just saps all my energy. I mean I did end up finding what I needed but after that trip I was exhausted for the whole rest of the day. Does anyone else feel like that when they go to the mall? Why does the mall make me tired and sleepy? What is it about malls that zaps all your energy?
