Darwin has 150,000 people in it. Half of them arrived in the last 15 years.

The "business" is setting up something that absolutely would need to be government funded in perpetuity. That's not a business. It's a defacto government department getting its annual budget.

I'm sure any indigenous programme would get funnelled straight through it. 

They're dreaming. The stadium would have to be air conditioned. 

Such a shit sport, no wonder it never left these shores.
