You're not wrong there, but i'd love to see them increase the relegation zone to 5-7. Really make it interesting. Just like the top clubs are pretty safe at the top, there are quite a few mid clubs that are always pretty safe in the middle. Wouldn't mind seeing what happens when some of the safe mid clubs aren't so safe anymore.

yep - alot of start up players for many clubs off their bench and they just got over the line.....
3 horse race until LFC lost the plot 4wks back, alot of reasons why but they/city also had their struggles.
Arse as well, its the fine margins and injury toll depending who when and timely comebacks.
Its hanging in for the long haul, they overcame it the other 2 faltered.
RM came back to win everything from Barca this season, wasn't boring and how many times either win.
The dark horse cracked was Alonso's Bayer, undefeated/invincibles you could call them beating the long time mancity money clone Bayern perennial winners.
This is football, has always had constant winner decade to decade, the strongest and mostly biggest win.
Been the same since I followed from the '70's - the best thing is that the leagues have the mid table huge battles to avoid relogation battles, never boring top to bottom.

I know I know but look at their bench it's probably as strong as most other teams.

IF you think watching some of the best players and teams battle out a season that was pretty damn brilliant I don't know what you expect.
Facts are rightly or wrongly (due to the pending 117 allegations) Pep is a brilliant gaffa and like every pro sport in the modern age money fuels the wins in the end.
It went down to the last game once again, Arse and LFC with far less funding took them to the end and other years, thats not boring and the mid table and relo battles, football 101 P/R.
