Hadjuk have often played Champ League or Europa League football.
This is a big club. It might even be a candidate for the Big 30 or 40 clubs outside the Big Five UEFA leagues. A Croatian mate of mine said Dalmations from all over the world pump money into HS.
There will be a lot of pressure to win most games in the Croatian league. The big rival is Dynamo Zagreb.

I look forward to how they respond when he plays for a draw against the likes of Slaven Belupo etc on a 20th the wage bill
Cannot believe he was on 900k. Robbery
Anyway, I like Hajduk Split. Always had a soft spot for them.

Would Kisborbo be a decent replacement for Popa?

+xWould Kisborbo be a decent replacement for Popa? For victory probably but for city and other fans I think it's stupid seeing clubs/players jump from rival teams. It takes away from the rivalry and gives people who say it's a merry-go-round valid point.

+xWould Kisborbo be a decent replacement for Popa? Ridiculous to even consider this most of the fan base would want nothing to do with him .

I really hope Popa does move on as his style of play is not what we want at the Victory .

Would probably be the biggest club any Australian Australian has coached at outside of Ange. There was Kisnorbo at Troyes but Split is a much bigger club

Would be great if Tony could take a few A league lads with him. Split would be a great step into Europe for guys like Farrell, Milanovic, Hollman, Teague, Courtney Perkins etc. Maybe even Arzani?!

Certainly a big club .Too bad if they make a Cup Final in the Croatian league or one of the European competitions as he does not have a great record in one off end of season finals but maybe his luck will change.
