That’s a shame the Eredivisie move fell through, it’s not ideal but it’s better than nothing I guess.

However he has to kill it if he wants to get ahead of the pecking order of Socceroo midfielders which is stacked.

Nah he won't get a ahead of the midfield pecking order but will go under it and come out on top.

That explains why it took so long. If Nisbet performs it may be that he gets picked up in a future window. Eredivisie is ideal for Nisbet.
