Other than that people can sit anywhere in the new stand. A mate works at AMF and he got them, hes not a football fan though. Im lacking coin right now so i wouldnt be going if i didnt get these.

I remember the little shitfight when the wildcats were usurped by the glory in terms of attention in the perth sporting public
Bogan Basketball fans (heh, lets name drop! some guy called russell sneddon) were particularly hostile towards the glory, saying "i dont want to sit in a kiln watching nobody scoring for 2 hours having louts singing and fighting"
Its situations like these which give ammunition to soccer haters in Perth when you play in perth's qatari heat

Thats the sad thing about living in perth, theres no relieving rain for the heat there in summer
In sydney they get relieving rain for an uncomfortable hot day, ie the weather comes from the west, but in perth theres no rain from the east (theres also weather from the South and East as well in Syds)

I'm in row F and I'm certainly not shielded from the sun. Definitely will be moving on Saturday.

nice wintery qatari type conditions one might say?
maybe in the year leading up to that farce we may see some top class players come down here, play for glory, experience WC22 conditions

Smeltz wasn't expected to play.
This is what really annoys me: Jason Brewer @PGFC_CEO 1h Gallas debut, ideal playing conditions and @PerthGloryFC unbeaten at home should provide perfect opportunity to exact revenge on Adelaide
Really? REALLY? WTF was the start of this week all about then with trying to shift the game? I understand that he has to try and sell the game and attract people but the bipolar shift in attitude to the weather shows how much it was really fought for, or how supplicant to the FFA the club are. All he seems to do is lip service to whomever he is talking too, telling them what they want to hear.

Did you mean to post this in the PG thread? FTR: How mental would it be if the Kiwi's could turn that result around (yes, I know it'd be a 1 in 10,000 result). Yep I did, 'cause I wanted us all to see that Glory's #1 striker had played a blinder and would be back with us in outstanding goal scoring form. Alas, not to be. (And without Moss' 7 or 8 stunning saves, that ugly 5 - 1 would have been even more uglier-ier).

Did FFA really give that as the reason? Saturday's forecast has been unchanged from 32 degrees for days, but I'm sure I'll feel much cooler now. I do hope no-one at the club spent too much time requesting the change. The forecast did change to 36C on Monday/Tuesday but then changed to 32C the next day. I reckon it's an FFA conspiracy with someone at the BOM finding a nice brown paper bag filled with dosh and a note from the FFA. :-"

Good luck to all those that attend the game.
Football Foxtel Australia laying their foot down again. Eastern States viewers > well-being of players, staff, fans in WA.

I would expect a standard lily livered response along the lines of too late to change infrastructure, bookings, TV schedules, blah, blah, it is all total BS.
FFA and Foxtel would get far more plaudits not only from the football community but from the general public also if they came out with a flowery PR statement saying – “ … in the interests of both player and supporter welfare the kick-off time has been changed … we recognise the importance of player safety which is paramount to our values and the example we set to the community … we pride ourselves as a leader in ...” you know all this gushy stuff.
Oh well, more drinks if that’s the case.

Aryn has had a rough few months. I hope he is invite to train with the club, but nothing more.
Davies is doing well and I expect Panta will drop to the bench once Gallas is fit.
