It's a good show - Ljubo is on now. He's been ask or told or somehow come to understand he'll play on the leftside of central defence. Speculation is from there that Thwaite will leave.

Apparently Thwaite has also been told in order to enhance his chances of making it to Brazil, he has to make a move overseas

FARKKKKKKKEN! I said we should never have signed the Edwards boys! Not only are they really nothing special, but it's just not professional. If Thwaite goes, i'll be very disappointed. No surprise about the Vuka situation to be honest.

If it's true Edwards needs to be frozen out of Australian Football never mind the Glory. You often hear whispers of favourites being played in Australian youth football. There are few solid details though - but stories like this do make you wonder. We don't need that crap coming to Glory either way.

I had such high hopes for this season... Milicevic, Nagai and Maclaren... and in the last 10 minutes, that's all been torn down.

We've seen barely anything of the Edwards boys. But they're obviously good enough to get some sort of deal overseas, it's a bit OTT to say they're nothing special.

I'll believe things when i see it. Plus, I've been told SST are more extremely pretentious and boastful than factual at times.

I wouldnt read too much into it. I would expect both Thwaite and Ljubo to be playing together at Perth Glory. If Thwaite was to go it would have nothing at all to do with the Ljubo signing. If he finds a better opportunity then good luck to him.

Yeah this is laughable and ROFL at the hindsight-brigade losing their heads based on unsubstantiated claims. People don't even know what they've heard let alone what the facts are.

The Edwards brothers, regardless of who is coach, are the type of West Aussie youngsters that people were screaming for when Mitchell/Fergie were playing their over-rated, out-of-form, lazy old-timers. And here they are. Proof that some fans aren't happy, no matter what they're given.

They have a combined total of 1 league game between them. Ryan Edwards didn't even make it out of the youth team as he was too shit for Glory but good enough for Reading.

You can understand that it's frustrating to hear these sorts of things as actual rumours as opposed to just 'oh, i hope he doesn't favour his sons...'

In the end, we'll have to wait and see, but if Thwaitey is going, we're in trouble.

We've been dished false promises for years, so forgive me if I'm a little quick to be pessimistic. :lol:

Didn't hear tonight's show but after listening to the show on several previous occasions I will say I've felt the guys on there do appear to have favourites (Sydney,CCM) while also having some sort of agenda against certain clubs and people (Heart,Perth)

I've got a feeling that this will hit mainstream media in the next 48 hours.
