yep windies have been shithouse everytime they've toured here for years. i honestly was very skeptical of being able to see some cricket on day four which was the only chance i had to go. unfortunately i was proven right. gayle really needs to fire at the top of the order for them to get a competitive innings i think. they used to rely too much on brian lara, now he's gone they are lacking even more depth.

The west indies generally don't travel that well though I thought. When was the last time they won in australia? Probably back in the golden generation.

South Arica smashed them for 354 and won bt 112. Most one-sided game I've seen in ages.

They're about 2 players from being a competitive side, the windies. They challenged Australia when the Aussies toured there last year, so it wasn't too much to expect.
