+x+xWGMG: Getting almost 2 years into a degree until you realise that you don't want to be doing it the rest of your life, then having to disappoint your family by telling them you want to change courses. You'll be surprised how common this is pal. I read a stat a few years back which I never bothered to find again that said the average person changes entire career path every 7 years. Not just job - but entire career path. There is never a dead end - you decide what makes you happy & fulfilled and go chase that. Don't let anyone steer you in a direction you don't want to go in, and never feel stuck in something. 2 years into something seems like a long time but in the grand scheme of things it is so small. Use your experiences in those years to further you for your next decision. My biggest advice is talk to your friends and family about it. Don't bottle it up, don't just suck it up, etc. Talk to people about what you want, and how far your current path differs from where you want it to be. Talk to people. This entire topic is pretty close to my heart. Give me a yell if you're ever feeling unsupported. Cheers bro, appreciate it :)

WGMG: Recently there has been quite the stench permeating from my toilet room. Both myself and The Walking Dead aka Dickless aka Captain Useless share said room to relieve our bladders. I keep it clean, use air freshener and make an effort to not piss on the floor. However Captain Useless has apparently only just learned the ways of the force and still leaves piss on the floor and shit stains down the side and, surprise surprise, doesn't have the common courtesy to clean up. Recently the stench has been unbearable, and hasn't dissipated like his sex life. Today I investigated and found the source of the Nile. The toilet brush was caked in shit, literally, and there was a nice liquid finish to the brush holder. The stupid fuck had brushed his shit stain off without dunking it in the water and flushing, clearly he was popping his cherry in regards to poo cleaning. I have subsequently cleaned said brush down to the nearest atom and eagerly await is next transgression WAGMG: The stupid fuck also scraped the non-stick off my lovely frying pan because he uses the metal gauze scraper thingo on fucking everything. He also ruined by baking tray which I've used since 2009 by not putting foil or baking paper on it whilst cooking Coles brand processed super saucy chicken. Four and half billion years of evolution folks
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

WGMG: When I'm sitting on a near-empty bus/train and some drip-fed pair of jeans walks on and sits either directly in front or behind me despite the plethora of free space, the bloody nerve of these parasites WAGMG: The complete spatial blindness certain primates have at the shopping center. Just put your chocolate filled trolley right in front of all the shit people would like to grab Joanne, it's all good we don't live in a society or anything. Bloody dopamine fiends sterilized out of existence by excess sugar consumption and meaningless jibber-jabber, I blame everyone except me.

WGMG: Anyone who has a black and white day of the dead style tattoo of a chick on their calves. Absolute undeniable red-alert normie, sensitive new-age guy, walking tinder profile tattoo. There's at least 6 of them at my local gym; all c*nts who walk around like swinging dicks because they've conned vacuous, desperate women into meaningless casual sex so they can't talk shit to their mates and justify their MDMA addiction. Then they do 3 exercises an hour with their perfect haircuts and then stretch for a bit, then carry their oversized Country Road bags to their cars which their parents bought to sip their creatine and take selfies. Our culture's fine, nothing to see here

Increased exercise, started practicing meditation, mindfulness and deep breathing exercises and started taking St. John's wort, in addition to keeping my therapist up to date. It's just all too much to cope with right now. I need an escape.

You have to know that it will get better no matter how shit things might seem. Try joining a boot camp or something like that. Its a great way to get super fit and meet some new people.

I can finally start to see that it is possible to get over my ex and fight the depression. Keep doing what you are doing. Start getting rid of things that have painful memories or changing small things. Change the way your room looks. Go on a short holiday maybe. Do some self care. Give yourself small goals and work towards them. Set a weekly goal to start with and reward yourself when you achieve it, then the more you do, set longer and bigger goals. We all need an escapism, especially me. I just want to escape Australia right now

Wgmg: work trailer decoupled from the work van on Tuesday, my fault as i should've checked and rechecked the trailer was hitched on properly. Kept my job but that was first amd final warning. Makes it worse i fractured my knee trying to re connect the trailer back on the row bar. Using your knees isnt a good idea in moving a trailer

+xWGMG: When you buy a 6-inch sub from Subway but it doesn't fill you up but you know if you buy a full sub you won't finish it WAGMG: My mate has been seeing this chick for at least a year. They were pretty serious but are apparently 'just friends' and now just casually fuck. Recently but she's been flirting hard with me, for example, just this weekend. The problem is that she only does it when my mate is around to make him jealous which leads to the horizontal tango. It shits me because she knows there's no chance of a relationship with said mate. It also shits me because she knows I like her more than just a casual meaningless root. It again shits me because she knows I actually really need a girlfriend and she consistently complains about guys being one-dimensional. Nietzsche has not prepared me for such puzzling human intricacies.

Don't give her a bar or any enthusiasm for her flirting or attention Marconi and it will drive her mental. Do it as a form of payback for the shit situation she's putting you in.

I'm not Brad Pitt mate, there's nothing I've got to drive anyone mental (in a good way). Plus she's a 10/10, I can't help it, a man's gotta eat

Just give it a crack even as a once off for shits and gigs.
Yeah you might not be Brad Pitt and she might be a 10/10 in your eyes but if you start to seem disinterested in her flirty ways then the female panick switch is flicked.
Trust me a 10/10 female is used to getting things served on their terms 100% of the time. Ie. guys are always nice to them, buy them drinks, think their conversations are really interesting etc. When for some unknown reason this changes then they can't handle it and they crave that attention from you even more and more.

Which is why I suspect she flirts with me next to my mate, he rejected her for a relationship so she makes him jealous (which works given the 10/10 bit). It's just a frustrating situation and I also don't wanna dog a mate by going for a chick he's still keen on but just playing for the time being

WGMG: So sick of the marriage debate. It's turning feral. Supporters and opponents have to live with each other after this campaign of slander ends.
Both sides are terrible. However it seems that support for the yes vote is falling. I'm not surprised. Look at any social media article on it and watch the yes campaigners jump all over anyone who isn't 8923475692385619057% supportive of SSM. The whole "if you're not supporting SSM you're supporting inequality" argument must be pissing people off.
I submitted my yes vote yesterday. How much longer until this is done with and we can get on with our lives?
