WGMG: Downloaded a movie on my phone overnight using the Utorrent app. Had one of my power saving apps accidentally switched on (it turns off your wifi overnight) so it downloaded the movie using my 3G so I've already used my monthly allowance #-o

We have one of our bosses who has a bad habit of being 2 hours later than whatever he tells us. It used to be infuriating but now that it's pretty much expected it's not an issue :lol: I still have to get a couple of clocks and put them in the office labelled "Melbourne Time", "London Time" and "Boss Time".

:lol: yeah, I was just dragged to a really bad club, twice, on my first night out clubbing.

Public Transport is such a killer in Brisbane. Im spending roughly $30 a week on public transport and i am a student. It doesnt even add up. A lot of my friends are quite lucky. Their companies have provided carpark for them so they have stopped taking public transport and have started driving to the city from the southside.



This one gets me angry a lot. Especially when you trying to organise something and you tell people to meet at a certain time. There are always people in our group who will pitch up at eg... Meet at 7:00, they arrive at 8:00. It happens all the time and it pisses me off.

The mrs & I hate tardiness aswell. We always aim to be at places 15mins before schedule.

A good mate of mine claims he hates tardiness also, but is always fxxxing late to everything. And it's worse now he has a kid. So if we want to be somewhere with them at a particular time, we legit tell them half an hour before we actually want. And they're always between 15-45 mins late, so it works out fine.

There are some people that you have to give a different timetable just so that they will turn up at the same time.

I hate it when I leave aiming to have time to spare, I get there far quicker than expected and I then have an hour or so in which I don't know what to do with myself.

Always aim to be 15 minutes early. That way even if something goes wrong you're still only 'fashionably late'.

I hate this so much. Especially if you've made the effort to get there for 9.30

WGMG: people who aren't punctual. Meet at 930 means be there at 930 not set out at 930, for fuck's sake.

Love public transport! I live close to a few decent hubs, and can just about anywhere I would need to go. Reasonably cheap for me too (student prices) and the way I see it's much cheaper than running a car at the moment.

Public transport here is only $2 a bus, but it is the middle of fucking nowhere.

Transport costs have literally killed me this year. Should have started saving money through high school for public transport whilst the government were paying for my yearly ticket :lol:

It cost me $14 to get from my house to my parents house the other day. That's fucked. 'Public' transport #-o

WGMG: The bloody bus services around Brisbane. The prices are akin to highway robbery and the service is lousy. Today I got to my bus stop 10 odd minutes before the bus was meant to arrive and I know for a fact that it hadn't already gone past. I waited 25 minutes only for it not to show up. I wouldn't be so pissed if it didn't happen so often. GG Translink.
