Then watched this mornings FoxSports edition, the Gold Coast/Brisbane match being on the night before, and, pretty much the same routine.

What are you in for? looks like weak posterior chain for you. postural problems.. fuck em! bit of the same really. overtraining in the gym. ironing it all out though, nearly better. :) that and ankle ligaments. theyre loose as hell in one foot from repeated injuries.
