5am every morning (even when i got to bed at like 2am). Once your up and out, you don't feel tired, and the streets are quiet, and you can watch the sun come up as your running. Here in Sydney it's been getting down to about 3 degrees at night, and colder in some parts, i live in a valley, so it gets quite cold at times.
