I Went on the Offical Site of Athletic Madrid. and Went into "Latest News" Section, I Scrolled Through all the Pages and found Nothing about Lucas Neill..

you seriously think so....there are like only 4 good attacks in la liga and athletico has one of them


epl has about 8 tough attacks to deal with.

As stated in a comment above the language barrier may be something he still is taking into consideration, also the fact that he has to relocate is something which takes time to think about

I'll believe it when he signs. If it was such a good move why didn't he take it in the first place? why are the negotiations taking so long?

occyron, if you knew anything about what your on about then you would know atletico have no right back in the entire team. they only have centrebacks and leftbacks. they sold their only rightback to everton. neill will walk into the rb position by divine right - thats how much they need a rightback

hope he does go to spain... please not sunderland especially as he'd be at RB by the sounds. (Atletico need a centre back)

People in the media, are calling him greedy. But Atletico piss on West ham or scumderland (sorry to say). Regardless of any money involved. Its a great move to a big club and CL football.
