Not working as intensely so the sweat doesn't evaporate as quickly making it seem like you are sweating more? Edited by chillbilly: 11/12/2012 01:51:44 PM

WFMB: Dinner last night. I went to 'Manta'. This girl I've been doing a lot of gigs for, her boyfriend is like head chef so they wrote up a menu specifically for this group of us. It was. The most. Amazing thing. Arancini, calamari, scallops, alaskan king crab, eye fillet, barramundi... French champagne on the house, etc. WAFMB: Cocktail I had there too... was called an 'espresso martini'. Insane.

Halal limits one to where they can eat food, its a bit saddening considering i love my food and often see the options available at all these restaurants and stuff, but cant have it. Dont have much choice apart from fast food. In London i had the best freaking food ever but thats London, bigger muslim population so more options.

imnofreak wrote:WAFMB: Cocktail I had there too... was called an 'espresso martini'. Insane. I hate espresso Martinis. They're delicious, so I'll make one order and suddenly everyone will want one. And by the end of the night I'll have made 20-30 of them. It's a good cocktail for flaring though. That and people who can't say 'espresso' asking for an "expresso martini" gives me an aneurysm.

Limiting what food you eat based on religion seems absolutely ridiculous to me.

Problem is we cant just eat anywhere though because the meat may not be halal (way it was cut) or may be mixed with pork or alcohol in the cooking process.

At least that's easier to clarify than a place being certified Kosher.

I hate that show. It's like it has to try hard to be funny.

Big Bang Theory recycles its jokes almost as badly as Get Smart did.
