wfmb: our friends being good people.
the mrs is shaving her head to support the mcgrath foundation at the end of feb (as it will be 10years since her mother passed away from breast cancer). she's set up a page on the mcgrath foundation site for people to donate to & she's already got $1500. a lot of our friends came out of the woodwork and chipped in, and it has honestly taken me by surprise.

For real KC, you need some god damn confidence. Stop beating yourself up and denigrating yourself - it's NOT attractive to ANYONE. I do realise that. Edited by KiwiChick1: 30/1/2013 10:56:17 AM

WFMB: Looking through the BOTG thread and thinking back to some of the good goals I've scored, backheel last year, a few free kicks, a pearler from 25 yards, a bullet from 18 yards just to name a few. Feeling good.

wfmb: back in the day i used to have a game called MX Superfly on gamecube. it was the only game i could get dad keen on playing with me (as i used to towel him in fifa too much), and we used to have absolutely epic races against each other. my gamecube was stolen by a "friend" who never fessed up to taking it, so the video game bonding dad & i had has been gone for years & tbh i hadn't even thought of the game for so long. last night while at the olds for dinner we were talking about balotelli, and i made a reference about how he is in fifa. nek minnit, dad goes "hey, you should see if you can get ahold of another copy of mx superfly, we could verse each other like olden days". just purchased a like-new copy on ebay for $15 - so keen for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Times like these I really wish they let L platers drive by themselves over here :( I get my P plates on April 7, and then I can drive without supervision.

I thought someone on here said something about L platers being able to drive un-supervised once they've passed their test?
