Man, the amount of hours I spent trying to get that fxxxing Hylian Loach :lol::lol:

I reckon, even after years of trying, I only caught it about 3 times

I think I got it once. Can't for the life of me remember what the award for catching it was.

I've played most of them. The big one I haven't played yet is a Link to the past. One day I'll get around to it.

Oh dayum need to get on that.

It was basically the model/source for a lot of stuff in later games.

-PB

I missed Twilight Princess, but gave Skyward Sword a decent enough go, but just couldn't handle playing it on the Wii. I need a normal controller for my games

Go back and do TP, won't be disappointed ;)

Eagerly awaiting this years new game.

Nah.

OoT is still one of the greatest games of all time.

Probably harder to go back and play it now with all the advancements in graphics and so forth but at the time it was cutting edge.

I finished it when I was 10 after getting an N64 and OoT for Christmas, I remember crying like a bitch hahah.

Games took a lot longer back then when you didn't really have access to the internet for walkthroughs and so forth.

You basically had to spend half the price of the game itself (I remember OoT costing about $100) on a Prima guide just so you could find that last random Gold Skulltula.

Or finding out about the 5th bottle trick and what not.

It's not TP or Skyward Sword that I'm against, it's the controller. I feel like I don't have enough control of the wii remotes in my sword movements etc. For instance in Skyward Sword, where you had to raise your sword to the sky to get it beaming, I struggled to even do that at times

I'd play both games in a heartbeat if I could do them solely with a button-pushing controller (wait, CAN I play them with a controller? Never even bothered to look into it..).

Yeah just get the GameCube version of Twilight Princess, that or hook up with an emulator for PC and get USB adapters etc.

MM was incredible still imo, just for the constant sense of doom with the three day countdown.

Was a much much darker game, had a good sense of helplessness and morality.

That and spending all that hard work to try and achieve something and then you run out of time and have to go back to the first day and start all over lol.

Oh still a very good game if I had to choose OOT was better.

Majoras mask took me a while to clock,Prob longer than OOT. But that's what annoyed me most getting as far as possible only to get the doomsday countdown finish and back you go to square one.

Still on OoT.

What was your favourite background music. I loved the happy little tune you got in Market town. Spirit temple music still haunts my dreams.

There was one of the tele songs that was nearly impossible to play. Could not master it. It may have been the shadow temple
