Hopefully you have a short contract. My mates was done early but then there were minor issues with paint. Because of the contract terms, they didn't ever rush to get the minor things fixed so the mate could move in.

Hopefully they get yours right the first time.

granted it is a very small house. I think they are aiming for a 18-20 completion whereas they were saying it was going to be around 30. Alot of builder mates said 30 weeks was a long build for a place of the size.

I hope it is done properly ive been impressed by everything so far and only had one issue where the glass in one of the windows was clearly cut too short and will need to be replaced. But impressed with everything else. Except for the sales team who are fuckheads.

Sales team are usually just straight out uni, whose only experince is sales in retail.

Im a bit of a pizza nazi, Hate the aussie style of pizza that's just piled with heaps of ham, would much rather a good gourmet, and nothing beats a traditional margherita a la 300 gradi in Melbourne BUT sometime nothing beats a dominoes pepperoni! $5 but you do feel dirty after.
