I was amongst the 80,000 plus crowd at the ANZ stadium in November 2005, as the Socceroos booked our ticket to Germany.
The only thing that would replicate the euphoria I felt that night would be if and when Australia win the bid or win the actual World Cup.
So it got me thinking. How amazing it would be to be amongst anther 80,000 plus crowd at Stadium Australia on 2/12/2010, when Sepp Blatter appears on the big screen and announces that the Winner is "Australia!".
I have written to the FFA suggesting that they hire the stadium for what would be one hell of a party.
