Might be because he is getting battered in the dead middle of the park where he ain't used to?

I dont know, his most recent injury was either freak an accident in training or due to the massive workload I set him. I mean he hasnt played a full 90 for me all season so only played CM for about 45 minutes a match usually

I definitely do in that position Mascio my signing of the season and regular Cm got done for 5 months, Bikey keeps getting suspended, Tales cant play two games in a row, Gunnarson has no fitnesss no matter how I train him or how often he plays at least my captain harper is solid although after saying that he will probably get injured now, Zucculini looks the goods though and has developed way better than in my United save

He sometimes plays well in CM, but only when there is space.

Signed 13 players at Plymouth for a combined total of 250k. :lol: Had sales worth 3.5mil, but the board has taken almost all of it. Lame.

I've had another interesting month with Feyenoord.
I ended up having to sell my best defender, Norchio Nievied, to West Ham for 2.6M Euros as he wanted the move away.
So now I've had to move Deckers into defence with James Holland and Henrico Drost now in midfield. Drost can play at CB as well, but he's not aerially dominant enough to slot in at the back.

There was a bit of a trend for my team to die off a bit after Nieveld's departure. I ended up fining my captain Jordy Buijs and sticking him in the reserves for a month after his abysmal performance against AZ and things have looked up. I promoted some of my better youth players as the transfer window had closed and I'm low on cash and they seem to be doing the goods.

Park Chu-Young has popped up with a few goals whilst Carney's been out with injury and Haris Medunjanin has been fantastic. From his attacking midfield position he's scored 13 goals and made 13 assists in 24 games. He was one of the players that was looking to leave last season until I offered him a contract he couldn't refuse. He's all but carried the team so far.

The year is currently 2016 and Feyenoord are in second place behind Ajax with AZ tucked in third.

And who totally guessed how much they all cost? \:d/

Got AFC Wimbledon into League 2 via the Blue Square Playoffs. Finally get some transfer cash to spend in the off-season. Have 1.3m in the bank atm mainly due to low wages and two decent FA Cup runs and winning the Setanta Shield. Currently upgrading training facilities but board refuse to expand capacity of stadium.
Strengthened my defence with James Tomkins and Seyfo Soley (both free), brought in Graeme Dorrans on loan from West Brom. Signed a Jamaican international as a CM. Currently looking for a left-winger and another striker.
Doubt I can make it 3 promotions in-a-row as there are some big clubs in League Two with wage bills that dwarf mine so I'll have to use the loan system as much as possible.

Of those 18, only Demjanovic, Stack, Youga and Vasquez were here when I arrived.

Of the rest, they were all free agents, except Makake and Alexander, who were 40k and 50k respectively, and Roberts, who was 160k.

Looking at bringing in a kid from Burnley to fill the LB role, and I might look to replace Vasquez too.

Won 5-2 v Man City Reserves, and 2-0 over Lincoln. Its a tussle between Nolito and Roberts for the strike role alongside Jack Tuyp (who is a gun, btw)

Have a look at Miquel Palanca (dont know if its Miguel or Miquel, in my game its Miquel but in Avys in Miguel). Hes a gun Striker and hes cheap.

I finished 2nd in the league by 1 point after not dropping a point in my last 12 matches. Barca just didn't choke enough.

Ok I sold Matejovski to Panathinaikos for 3 mil and am thinking of signing either Steve Ireland or De La Red on promotion.

Won my first ever competitive match with Plymouth. 2-0 over Millwall, despite them having 4 clear cut chances LOL.

Just finished up the season with Feyenoord.

Had an absolutely abysmal defensive record which was somewhat rectified by the attacking spirit of my players and I managed to scrape into 3rd place behind Ajax and Heerenveen after losing my last match.
First Euro play off game was against AZ Alkmaar who finished fourth and after dominating them over 2 legs I lost 2-0 on aggregate. My players can't seem to score under pressure. Next round was for a Euro Vase play-off and I racked up 4 goals against PSV at home. PSV only managed a 3-1 at Philips Stadion so I get European football for next season.

Biggest kudos go to Haris Medunjanin and Martin Bergsma who scored over 40 goals between them not to mention the 25+ assists they made between them. I have a wonderkid in Bergsma. His first full season and he scores 19 league goals and 10 assists with 24 goals in all competitions. All that for an 18 year old! I'm trying to keep him on for at least one more season if I can help it. Arsenal, Barcelona and Real Madrid have been after him though, but seeing as how he's not forcing the issue, I'm keeping him for as long as possible.

Medunjanin, a more experienced head, weighed in with 20 goals in all comps plus 19 assists from attacking midfield in behind Bergsma. Absolutely fantastic for a 31 year old. It's a pity he hasn't been selected for the Holland squad for the Euros!

I did however lose the Dutch Cup final for the second year in a row, this time to FC Twente. Unfortunately my team's form had died down a bit since the end of the season. I think our form dipped around the second last game when I only managed a 2-0 win over Den Haag. Although that wasn't a bad comeback considering I got my arse handed to me by Ajax in a 5-1 drubbing.

I have already starting recruiting for next season with a couple of lads coming in on frees and others on the cheap.

Also looking at more defenders particularly in the centre and an a new left winger. (Carney has lost all his pace and at 32 it's not surprising).

Don't know if this guy has been mentioned inn the thread but if you can't afford santon then daniel opare is a great player starts out averagee but gets immense if you play him and turns into a wonderkid.

you can buy him for 200k from real madrid reserves, I really suggest you buy him for me he turns out to be better than santon in the long run.

I drew Arsenal in the FA Cup 5th round, expecting to have about 4 goals put past me as it was at The Emirates too but I managed to hold onto a 0-0 draw, they had 19 shots on target I had one lol but I held my own possesion wise and had 52%. I may or may not have added a new user to pay hefty prices for my dead wood.

Started the third season. Made a shitload of changes to strengthen my squad. Loaned and sold off all my dead wood and bought some good players in on free transfers. Will post screenshots up soon of my best up and comers. Have the reported next John Terry in my squad. His name is Craig Jones i think hes a regen though

Well I expect 25mil to come in a few months time coutesy of Roma buying some of my absolute duds at Reading. I plan to buy Saivet for 6.5 mil (thats what they wnat for him) Then I will try and get Mata for 5 and see about a good LB or new CM

Yeah I expect to get raped on the return leg though, Hahneman played out of his skin and my CB's played really well, Santon tore em to shreds on the right as well but their defence was impossible to crack although Lita wasnt playing and he is usualy able to score from nothing when it matters for me. Negative is that Doyle got injured though

Agreed, the Brazilian has potentch but the rest are pretty average imo
