Does anyone know how to fix this stupid XML Parsing error. Every now and then when I open the game it comes up with this, Not well formed (invalid token) at line 1 of Last_Saved_Game.xml and It doesn't let me use my last save game. So fucking annoying](*,) ](*,)

Leeds is pretty good to start with, they are in League 1 at the start and they give you a a decent amount of cash to start with. They expect you to win the league at the start which isnt too hard, even with the squad with no additions..

You'd hope so with the amount you paid for him.

The wonderkid in my Liverpool team that I posted who was aussie got called up for england (poor form Pim) and has bagged 3 goals in 2 games and 13 from 12 so far this season. The only problem continues to be his lack of strength.

I've just started a new game with Crystal Palace. Started the season on -10 points, and with no transfer budget at all.
I'm off to a more than modest start having just climbed out of relegation zone in 21st spot.

My main problem when playing these games is that I want to get straight into the action and dont really hunt around for bargains first up. Come first transfer window I'll have a bit of a look around as I now have a fair idea of who I want and dont want in the team.

Still, having some sort of cash to spend would be handy.

Hehe yeah or at least sell him for much MUCH more hehe... Nah hopefully I can mould my squad around him, my squad is fairly young too so hopefully I can keep this main group together for the next 5 seasons and just bring in one big name each season...

tbh, I reckon you overpaid for him. So getting anything more for him will be tough when his value is going to drop at the end of the season.

Remember, he is using $ not pounds.

Yeah I'm easing him into the first team (starting him in cup games against league 1/2 teams)... Got a couple of other strikers that are playing well at the moment too...

Really struggling in my 2nd season of EPL football with Bristol. Did a Hull last season where we were floating in the top 10 for a little bit before dropping down and finishing 16th, which was a good result in the end anyway. This season is becoming more of a shitfight though. We just can't seem to win games, and the games we're losing seem to come for shit luck more than anything. After 25 matches, the ladder looks like this:

13th - Stoke (26,-15)
14th - Spurs (24,-14)
15th - Bristol City (23,-26)
16th - Bristol Rovers (22,-12)
17th - Birmingham (22,-18)

18th - Blackburn (22,-18)
19th - West Ham (20,-23)
20th - Fulham (11,-29)

So we're only 2 points from being 2nd last, but only 4 points from being 13th. It's going to be a nerve racking run into the last day. Board is only expecting me to fight valiantly against relegation, so if we do go down, I should keep my job, but I don't know if I want to go through fighting for promotion all over again.

Well, have finished my first season with Palace, and after starting the season -10 and with no transfer budget, I managed to comfortably avoid relegation and finish 17th. Without the -10 I still wouldnt have made the playoffs, so I've got a bit of work to do before I even get a sniff of getting promoted.

I found the best formation for me was a 4-1-4-1 while either playing a counter attacking style, or a controlled style. Have resigned a few guys that should be able to hack it with the best in the championship, and have got rid of a some of the dead wood thats costing the club a bit.

There was a takeover mid season and the club, but theres still a hell of a lot of debts to clear. Monthly load repayments have begun, and theres over 34 million pound to pay back. I think they said it should be sweet by 2034.

It's really going to be hard to get these cunts in the EPL. I'll mainly have to look for some off contract gems and loans. Whenever I do sell a guy who is worth anything, most of the money doesnt become available for me to spend.

Anyway, I really have to not rush this off season, and hunt around for some quality. Will probably need to adopt some new tactics too, as my goal is to finish at least in the top 10 and hopefully make it to the play off games.

Lost to Sunderland and Fulham, Drew with Birmingham. Going down. Not surprising, we were useless this season. Only won 5 games, only stayed in touch with the rest because we drew 15. Dissapointing. Hopefully I can keep most of my squad together.

Like recently, I bought Alpha Prime, the Space Empires V and IV pack, the Commandos Collection, NecroVision, Chrome + SpecForce Bundle and Saints Row 2 for $22.10

Admittedly, Alpha Prime sucked, Saint's Row 2's controls pissed me off and I uninstalled it, but I got more than $22 hours worth of time out of Space Empires, and I'll probably play the other games some day.

Steam is good if you're PC game focussed and strapped for cash, otherwise it's not worth bothering with.

Being able do download it for free though, Funky, you may as well download and install it and see if you find any benefit to it.

Yeah I was looking at the website, looks like they list a few smaller games I'd probably find time for, and the little PC games I play, so will probably download it.

Is the release date for FM11 set yet? I should probably head in to EB and pre-order it.

November 3rd I think. The date is out there, for the UK anyway.
