Just like Imno, ive dusted off FM. Seeing as he, Funky and I have a little thing going on. I've started at Fleetwood Town, or Fleetwood Mac as I have been calling them who are in the Blue Square North. They suck so much.

My Las Palmas game never really took off...
So I started a game with the Central Coast Mariners (and Australia). Been a great game.
The Mariners' squad was arguably the weakest in the league, so had to make many signings. Most came in the form of free transfers:
----------Viduka----------Mrdja------------
Rose---------Porter---Wehrman----------Renato
J.Mitchell--Ognenovski---Fabricio-----Amaral
-------------------Vukovic--------------------
Only players I bought, that wasn't a free transfer was Ognenovski (but I got him on the cheap as he wasn't needed at Seongnam) and Renato (around 110K).
Ended up coming 3rd in the season, behind Sydney and Wellington, however then made the Grand Final where I lost to Sydney.
As for Australia at the World Cup, I got drawn with Argentina, USA and Russia... ended up coming 1st in the group after defeating Argentina 1-0 in the first game courtesy of a goal from Nikita Rukavytsya. Then drew 2-2 with the US after leading 2-0 with 85 minutes to go, then overcame Russia 4-2.
2nd round, I came up against Greece... was yet again leading 2-0 with about 20 minutes to go, and yep they came from behind to send the game into extra time. From there we again won 4-2. Came up against Ivory Coast in the Quarters, and won 2-1... nearly surrendered the lead after winning 2-0.
Unfortunately then lost to Italy 2-0 in the semis.
Am now in my 2nd season with CCM, and have signed Shane Lowry, Ben Kantarovski and Isaka Cernak. Played 5 games, won the first 3, and have drawn the last 2.

I have started to waste away my holidays with yet another new game in FM11, apart from my Ireland save I really haven't been able to really get into, so I started a new one with Arsenal to see if I can get into it that way. About 8 league games into the season and I'm sitting second two points behind Chelsea who have won all their games, I'm unbeaten in all competitions too with my only draw coming away to Liverpool (1-1). Coming up to a really tough run of games where I have a double header against Shaktar in the UCL group stage, a top of the table clash at home to Chelsea, another double header against Man Utd in the league and Carling Cup and to top it all off a clash with third placed Everton.

Do what Avy,Funky and I are doing. Just choose a BSP or below team. It's kind of fun, because it is so terrible.
I managed to gain 6 points from 6 games. I'm expected to go straight back down, 23rd to be exact. I ended up signing two Strikers, a ML, two MCs, a RB and a CB. So the rest are shit. GK, LB and RM were really important to get, but I literally couldnt find anybody. Transfer window is closed, but loan is still open.

Playing well now - won four of my last five.
Special mention to Hayes and Yeading - they won their first game of the season, and since then have lost 14 straight games in the league

I did something like that once. Beat Brazil in the last game (it was lol, like 1 shot to 25 and we won 1-0) which knocked them out, qualified 1st, then lost to the USA 2-1 in the first KO stage :S

question... can you rig the world cup in editor to go to england and australia?... had a thought, that you could make the final at wembely for 2018 in the history section and so the world cup will resort to being in England, or will it just cause a fuck up with the world cup being in russia or wherever the game determines but the final is played at Wembley

Signed 4 players so far in January and I've been absolutely dominating Five straight wins has put me within a few points of the playoff spots. This for a team who just got promoted and was predicted to finish 23rd. I love it!

Decided to start a new Arsenal save. Top of the league at Christmas courtesy of a 93rd minute winner from Chamakh in a North London derby

Started an Arsenal save too, and at the end of January I'm three points clear ahead of Chelsea at the top of the table, on course to possibly make the 100 points mark and unbeaten in all competitions. Really have an amazing season, Chamakh, RVP and Nasri have been amazing, into the final of the league cup against Chelsea, topped my group with winning every game in the Champions League and I've drawn Valencia in the 1st knock out round. Into the 5th round of the FA Cup and also on course to break Chelsea's record of 103 goals in a premier league season. The new 'Invincibles' in the making!

Rocketing up the table, only 2 points from the playoff spots now. Got knocked out in the Quarter finals of the FA Trophy.

HAd four consecutive scoreless draws, Torres couldn't do a thing. Then all of a sudden, *BAM* 5-0 victory over Villa. Sneijder and Torres bag two each and Chiellini scores the winner from a corner.
Now I've got Wigan in dead last...they're coming off four 5-0 drubbings in their last five games...knowing my luck they'll steal a point here.
