Worst signings you guys have made?

Bought a striker for my Foggia side, 9m. A season later, and I'm struggling to sell him for 3m. Made only 9 apps during the season for 2 goals. Could argue I didn't give him much of a chance, but I had no faith in him scoring, anytime he had the ball.

Just got slaughtered 3-0 away to the team in 18th with 2 players now out for 3 months just to rub salt into the wounds. This is either going to be really fun or I'm gonna need a new lappy soon :lol:

I'd say my worst signing in FM11 was Edin Dzeko. I signed him from Wolfsburg for 15m in 2010 and he scored 14 goals and 5 assists in 27 appearances. In the next three years he scored just 18 goals in 70 games and in his final season at the club before I sold him he failed to score in 15 league appearances and scored just 1 in 26 games before I sold him on to Juventus for 8.5m
