Okay I ordered it this morning from OzGameShop, but they don't give out Steam codes etc on weekends. Fuck.

I bought it straight from the FM website, $49.95, but played on Steam straight away.

Spent most of my Sunday gaining the respect of the players through the preseason and FFA Cup after Victory hired me as their replacement for the outgoing Kevin Muscat :D

Yeah luckily they mailed it out to me a few hours after I ordered it. Korean Second Division represent! Took over halfway through the season whilst starting unemployed and we were in second place. Got a decent Brazilian in the squad and managed to sign Papa Bouba Diop, Gudjohnsen.... And Lucas Neill.... On free transfers :lol:

In first place by three points, but the second place side has two games in hand. Going down to the wire!

Reading a lot of poor reviews for FM15 regarding the match engine, a heavy focus on direct play, with goals resulting from crosses far too often. Anyone experiencing this? Not sure if it's worth the purchase anymore

I have my side set up to focus on playing through the middle. Haven't experienced many goals from crosses in half a season so far. Nothing that stands out. I've heard people are complaining that lots of long shots are going in as the keeper ballwatches, but I haven't seen that at all either.

I am really liking this year's game. It is way, way faster in loading times than any previous version.

I find it really bizarre that you use the MM/DD/YYYY format for the date

FM > Preferences . In the top left corner inside the preference page, click on "preferences" that is selected in the dropdown menu, then click on "formats". You can then change the format in the top right corner.

Yeah I know to change to them, I just meant that seeing the date in that format in his screenshots looked odd to me

Can't tell you too much, only played a few of matches so far. Got knocked out of the FFA cup R32 by the Western Pride and then got outclassed by Fremantle United and Inglewood back to back in preseason friendlies and the morale around the club is average. Finding them a hard team to manage, probably because I'm a bit shit at this. Haven't played FM for a few years though so I'm still getting used to it. The game itself is cool though, the User interface has been improved heaps.

Btw guys, once I get the game I'm seriously considering getting FFT FC back on its feet. Possibly even having two teams and them being rivals.

FMH 2015 came out yesterday for those with a little less time :)

I think I will (when I get the game). Just have no idea when that will be yet, definitely not in the next two weeks or so. That is unless we want to do it on FM13 :lol:

Haven't played FM since 2012

I won't be getting FM until just after Christmas, so it won't start until early January. If anyone else is in, let me know in here. Will make a full thread once I get it. Also will only be one team not two, will be too hard to keep an eye on both sets of players. So far we have:

Yep, go into the Staff tab on the side, then the Responsibilities tab up the top and you'll be able to choose someone to be in charge of that

I seem to be having the same luck in FM with United as real life United.

Januzaj and Shaw are out till the new year. Di Maria has another few weeks out. Falcao just returning from injury. Van Persie out for 3 weeks. Until i get some Champions League, no chance of signing any decent players too.

Had a good start to the season, then lost 4-3 to Chelsea and its now been up and down. Ups are decent ups, downs are just horrible. 5-1 loss to Hull. 2-0 loss to City. Its amazing how one game the guys can be so good or at least put up a fight, and the next game everything goes up shit creek.

Any help? :)
