Sydney had all kinds of problems
it was riddled and rife with undetected doping that came out years later

the opening ceremony had all kinds of technical issues... the ratings in the USA were extremely poor, the vault was set at the wrong height costing the favourite a gold medal... the list goes on

As much as Im a fan of the paralympic movement, I am not a fan of the winter paralympics, winter sports are extremely dangerous - even for able bodied athletes, but the death toll for the winter paralympics is more than it needs to be - ie more than zero!

There was a reason why there wasnt women's ski jumping - ie its glorified "playing chicken with death", just because they want equality in the world doesnt mean everyone should do it!

In most cases in the Winter paralympics there is 1 participant for events like the 1 competitor in the quad snowboarding :x and he or she could die doing it

50/50 odds that any winter Olympian will return in four years as a Paralympian. :lol:
