Striker Oskar, who scored one goal, and Lochlann, who bagged two, were identified by state coach Peter Raeburn as having a bright future in the game.

"Both of them are very skilful and have got good footballing brains," he said.

The under 13 girls' team also showed promise, with the team featuring Geelong players Jessica Kenyon, Jade Feakes, Amanda Kovacev and Emily Livesey.

The team won two games and lost three, albeit by a single goal each time.

Jade scored the winning goal against the NSW metropolitan team, while goalkeeper Amanda was included in the tournament All Stars team and received a training session from the Matildas goalkeeping coach.
