He was in the first season of Fox's Football Superstar and scored a spectacular goal on Monday night.

South Melbourne 3-1 Sunshine

Surprisingly easy win for South, should have scored about 10 with some absolute sitters missed, gasparis, keenan, yusef with the goals, top performance but the opposition was rubbish to be truthful.

Souths next vpl match is a while away, next stop Singapore!

also sunshine gun player kyle joryeff has signed for South.

Was a perculiar match yesterday - pretty much standard for this season, very good through midfield, some lovely close passing, but woeful delivery into the danger areas, coupled with often very poor movement up front.

Always amusing to see Yusef Yusef score, glad I hung around until the end for it.

Have to agree regarding the opostition - smfc also seemed to enjoy playing on a park rather than a paddock for a change

Really interesting season.

The top four have broken away and are pretty even - Oakleigh, Richmond, Hume, South Melbourne

South were obviously comfortable against George Cross, who are fifth.

Then you have a relegation battle between some of the big clubs - Altona Magic, Heidelberg United, Melbourne Knights

At the lower end - there will be heartbreak come season's end

On another note - it was pleasing to see some Melbourne Victory supporters come watch south - a few of these guys have come to a few games now
