Soccer icon to speak at event

AUSTRALIAN soccer icon, Rale Rasic will be guest speaker at the Festival of Football’s grand dinner event next month.

Rasic is the number one authority and critic of soccer in Australia.

His impressive playing and coaching career spans four decades, including four years as head coach of the Australian team.

The festival has been established to celebrate Australia’s qualification and the 2010 World Cup games by bringing football fans and the wider community together through a series of established and unique events.

Events will be held from February to July.

Tickets are now selling to the dinner which will be held on Friday, June 4, at Rumours.
