Kewell out
Oar in
What do you think about the FourFourTwo article
Harry Keeps It Roos-Light
?
SOCCEROO star Harry Kewell was restricted to light training duties as Australia's training camp ahead of the World Cup officially got underway tonight at AAMI Park in Melbourne.
Have your say.

I get the feeling that Kewell could break down in the intensity of a WC match, just like he did when he was supposedly "fit" for the champions league final in 2005.
Germans will know that Australia will most likely use him as second half substitute.

LOL Oar is the new Kewell. Has he been signed by Man City, the current equivalent of Leeds? Sure the kid is good and I hope he gets a run but he won't get past the Germans. Give me a break. Maybe in 2014 if he exceeds his potential like Cahill has.
The real story is that all the boys are training strongly and Harry should get some more game time in the group stage. Looking good.

The photo 36 where it shows the entire squad - Luke Wilkshere looks like he is not happy standing next to Jade North... (does he smell?)

I notice the numbers on the shirts given to the players are in sequence, Swartz is 1, Neil is 2, Moore = 3, Cahill = 4.
I am assuming these are the cureent pecking order.
eg: Carle = 29, Oar = 30; interesting at leaset.
I also note Breciano = 23?

23 has always been Bresciano's number.

the socceroos shirt is starting to grow on me. I've gone from indifferent to liking it. I'll probably love it by the time of the world cup.
Has Chippers always been no 11?

Those have always been those players numbers (Oar and Carle aside). I doubt it's got anything to do with it.
Based on Pim's comments Carle's not down near 29 anyway. Pim's said Oar and Holland would be unlikely to make it, so if your theory was right Holland would have 29 on.

Stifler, your observational skills are astounding, the keeper wearing number 1 is hardly worthy of note ;)
