The NZ result was never going to be important, it's a money spinner. I'm interested in the Denmark match and will be getting my sleep pattern in shape starting with it and the US match.

Ahh so much sentiment displayed by people on this website. Brian, time to stop being a grumpy old girl and get behind our team.

The "quick and beautiful" pass I recall was one from Holman which went for a throw-in, nowhere near his intended target.

what queensparkdanger said is exactly true we now see what Holman can be good for an impact player off the bench comes on and brings so much energy to the game did u see everyone else lift with quick and beautiful passes remember this Pim not a starter but a great player off the bench.

Holman was the best player on the park on Monday night. He will definitely make the 23 and serves perfectly as an off the bench player.

I wonder if lolman and Dario would still be going if the didnt get those goals?? Anyway gotta take them on they're performaces and they did do well. What do you think about the FourFourTwo article Roos: We Must Get Better? BRETT Holman and Dario Vidosic, the heroes in Australia's 2-1 win over New Zealand on Monday night, have both admitted that the Socceroos need to improve but have preached patience in the build-up to the World Cup.Have your say.
