Paraguay should have enough to get past Japan, but Japan's midfield is very strong. Though this is their starting XI for the last four games...they could be very predictable.

Spain should account for Portugal with ease. Hoping for 3-1 or 3-2 there.

paraguay should have taken the lead but its impossible to get pass 10 men in the box ;)

japan did well on the counter to get a strike on it, only to hit the cross bar.

Tbh, this is a pretty dreary game. No team is really pushing. There's a lot of space in the midfield because they're both camped so far behind the ball.

This will go to penalties. The only way I can see it not going there is if there is a defensive mistake. paraguay making the better chances but a mixture of good defending and poor execution is keeping it at 0-0.

I was hoping this wouldn't go into extra time. so i could get some sleep before the spain and portugal game.

So it finishes 0-0 at the end of normal time. The second game to go into extra time in the Round of 16. I'm tipping it to be 1-1 at the end of Extra Time and Paraguay 4-3 on penalties.
