Jansen makes it 2-2.
Horrible keeping from Muslera there, shocking really.

Ozil stayed just a touch too wide which meant he couldn't hit it first time after that ball from Cacau.
Klose needs to come on. Would like to see Kroos as well.

Golden Shoe update: Diego Forlan only has one assist so he remains in fourth place, behind Thomas Mueller and also David Villa and Wesley Sneijder as he's played more minutes (even before kick off he'd played more than both) than the latter pair.

Why is lahm not on the field by the way? Is he just making way for fringe players or something? I hope forlan scores another!

Klose needs to come on. Would like to see Kroos as well. Ozil just hasn't been given the freedom to move because Cacau is all over the shop and he has nobody to pass to up front. Klose definitely needs to come on. Quote:Why is lahm not on the field by the way? Is he just making way for fringe players or something? Loew and few of the players have colds or something apparently. I don't think Loew would leave out his captain would he?

Cacau off for Kiessling. Interesting move. Doesn't look like Klose will be getting on the pitch at all then.

Wooooo. Where was Suarez for that one? :P
Stoked he got a goal, he's really been great this WC and deserves it.
We have never seen both teams score three in a match this WC.. can Uruguay do it?

KHEDIRA GIVES GERMANY BACK THE LEAD!
Looking at how Kiessling has been playing he really should have started.

Gods I hope not, I've got money on Germany to win in regulation time. Nobody is willing to be the finisher for Germany, they keep passing it off. If Klose was on the pitch they'd have had twice as many shots and be 5-2 up!

Very good chance for Kiessling but he balloons it over the bar.

I shit myself every time I see Friedrich playing a back-pass. His passing is terrible. It's a good thing he's quality playing next to Mertesacker on the ground.
Good to see Tasci getting a couple of minutes.
Ohhhh ssssshhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. Free kick.

What a sensational game. Fantastic to watch. If only the final can live up to that billing.

De Jong has it all to do, he's been covering for Van Bommel a fair bit in some matches and to tie down Iniesta, Xavi and Alonso.
I still don't get why Shakira's singing the cup anthem.. I mean, she's hot and all but don't they have hot popstars in South Africa? Moreover, why is she making Pacman noises in the song? "Wakka Wakka".
