TWO defensive midfielders again!!!

unless culina gets the nod to move forward nothing's gonna change

What do you think about the FourFourTwo article Jesus, Garcia To Get Chance?
BEANPOLE striker Josh Kennedy and midfielder Richard Garcia will be given a chance to prove their credentials with a starting berth in Australia’s friendly clash with DenmarkJes

Have your say.

Yeah Culina better get forward because much as I like Garcia, he is not the man to beat the Danish let alone the Germans. Obviously Pim is thinking about him as a sub for Emerton but how many chances do these second-rate midfielders like Garcia and Holman get? We'd have been better off with McDonald as another attacking mid if we have suddenly run out of midfield depth (and we haven't).

Im not as concerned with Garcia as hes earned his chance, im still stuck on Moore and how he his performance's seem to no way affect his constant selection. We have other CB's, they should have their chance.

lol at the headline

jesus gets his cahnce for australia

on a more serious note, garcia just finished playing in the best league in the world, i really dont see how he could be dropped from the squad ovr guys who pla lesser quality football.

Garcia will provide good depth to the squad in case te likes of emerton or bresciano get injured.

kennedy on the oher hand is a certainty due to pim's tactics, whether he'll start is another thing but he'l certainly be in the final 23

Having Moore in the back 4 is not our strongest defence 442.

look at the possitives here guys. In this line up there is no one Craig Moore can deflect his shittiness on to. He will be seen as a slow dinosaur clearly past his extinction era and will them be cut tomorrow morning.

I like Grcia and hope he performs well. He has had little chance to show his skills so hopefully tonight he will get his chance.

I think Lowry will definitely be the defender who gets the chop. Suprised Verbeek hasn't said that already. He's just a kid with no international experience. Save him for 2014.

I read the headline and thought Garcia made the final 23 over Vidosic.

When it comes to Moore the question is;

Would you take a fit but out of form Moore, or an injured player in Lowry even though he (may) have talent?

Moore will make the cut. Just like Holman will.

Get over it, he's always done it, why should it shock you now. Keep in mind its the exact same formation that started against Japan in '06.

I think he will too, I read this morning that he had been suffering an injury anyway.
I think Vidosic should stay in the 23 and either Valeri or Jedinak should be jettisoned. We have enough players that can cover that role if Grella and Culina are not there

Rhys is still recovering from injury.
Pimbo's going to pick half a dozen players who are injured and won't be ready in time in his final 23 and leave out players like Oar and Rukya.

We'll need both Jesus and the Beanpole Striker on our side now.

as much as i hate to say it, jedinak should get the axe

he's seen as a back up for culina but we already have a better CM back up in wilkshire

theres no need to take both valeri and jedinak

Sooooo, Craig Moore is the scapegoat today...

Any danger of supporting the guys that are playing? Or do you think the more you whine on an internet forum things might change??

Face it, Moore is going to play... Suck it up and support the team FFS.

Valeri should get the chop before Jedinak.

Valeri has had a stop start season with little game time, off the bench for the most part.

Jedinak has had a successful season, playing almost every single game and chipping in with a few goals here and there.

I think Jedinak brings more to the team.

What is the point of the internet if it is not to voice ones opinion.

If it was a pub would it be okay to tell people what you think???

I support the team, but why the hell do i have to be happy about the team that is selected? I also dislike the coach and his formation and the uniform.

I'll be watching, i'll be cheering. but I won't necessarily be watching and cheering Moore Pim or our boring style of play.

AS the back up left wing to Bresciano - Vidosic or Rukavytsa will get the cut and for back up to lucas neil Lowry or Beauchamp will get the cut. Beauchamp and Vidosic should be in the 23.

bresciano should get the chop ahead of vidosic and Ruka. Bresc is slow, lacks game time, been carrying a back injury. But verbeek picks his eleven on reputation and not form, so Bresc will stay and I hope so does Vidosic. Ruka is safe.

In Beuchamp I trust, he was way more convincing than Moore. If Moore underperforms in this game than he should be cut. Beuchamp and Moore should at least play 45 each again. Just to see if Beuchamp is consistent, and if he does well against the likes of Bendtner than he should be starting ahead of Moore. But you never know, Moore could've just had an off game against NZ, if he performs well tonight than he should be there ahead of Beuchamp. Fuck reputation, look at their form Pim!.
