dang, i'd forgotten what club/league Lucas plays for again...been so many recently.

The All Whites just being there is a surprise.

Outside of us, no one in the world knows anything about them, so whatever they do on the pitch will be an education for everyone else, good or bad! :D

But yeah, honestly, they should be MUCH IMPROVED, from their Confederations Cup performance, especially as they've had quite the upgrade, personnel wise, particularly at the back - In young Smith and Reid they have 'potentially' two of the best CB's NZ has ever had - Big call I know!

You probably need this for a reminder, too. Ryan Nelsen: the much respected captain of the club where Australia's current captain once played for before the club's fans "forced him out".

I reckon these guys will do alright and might surprise.

^bit harsh there guys... there will be people reading the website for the first time over the next few weeks including handballers. They won't know the basics. Why not make them welcome?
